What A Wonderful World
Music and Stories from the Stage
Sunday, June 3, 2018
Laughter, sadness, love, hate, intrigue, folklore, fiction, fantasy, and reality, are just some of the themes found in the stories and music told from the stage. Opera and musical theatre have brought us many familiar and beloved songs for more than three centuries. We will explore some of the popular and well known solos and choruses brought to us on European and American stages. The afternoon will conclude with selections about the story of Harold Hill, “The Music Man”.
All concerts begin at 3 p.m. and will be held at the Lake Forest Sun and Sail Club 24752 Toledo Way, Lake Forest, California.
Tickets are $15.00 and may be ordered here.
